Our Culture

At E&E Dance Company, we provide an inclusive, age-appropriate dance education using a progressive curriculum, so that any child who wants to dance has an opportunity, and a studio to call home.
E&E Dance Company is performance focused studio (we only have a small competitive team). We instead choose to focus on performance opportunities and character development.
We want every dancer to feel seen and heard, and expect every dancer to practice kindness and respect both in and out of the classroom. We understand that both kindness and respect have to be taught and modeled, and every staff member is trained and willing to engage in these lessons and to create this environment within their classroom.
E&E Dance Company believes in community, and provides several opportunities throughout the dance seasons for us to connect with our studio community, and our neighborhood, city, and state communities. We are proud to partner with organizations such as Parker Task Force, Packs of Hope, Dancers Against Cancer, and the Colorado Make-A-Wish Foundation as part of our studio outreach plan.
